Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RRSTT web application ("Service") operated by RRSTT ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RRSTT is a time tracking and project management application that allows users to track time, manage tasks and projects, collaborate with team members, and generate analytics. The Service includes features such as timer tracking, task management, project briefs, file attachments, team collaboration, and organization management.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing plan limits or these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Trial — 30-day free trial with full Pro access. No payment required. After the trial period, write access is paused until you upgrade.
• Pro — Unlimited projects and members. Billed monthly per member via Stripe.
• Enterprise — Custom pricing with additional features. Contact us for details.

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to keep it up to date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in the Service ("Your Content"), including tasks, time entries, project briefs, files, and comments. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content and ensuring it complies with these Terms and applicable laws. We do not monitor Your Content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by RRSTT and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRSTT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
